Why did BCRB develop the RoadShow?

The BC Road Builders & Heavy Construction Association represents over 300 companies involved in building and maintaining BC’s transportation infrastructure. The RoadShow was developed to support long-term workforce needs by increasing awareness of career opportunities in the sector.
