Bringing Training to Your Site
The Operator Classroom is delivered directly to members through a booking-based model, bringing hands-on training to your yard, or service area. Sessions are coordinated based on operational needs and regional demand across BC.
If your team is interested in hosting the Operator Classroom, we encourage you to register your interest and share your preferred timing, location, and training requirements.
What to Expect
The Operator Classroom is a fully equipped, simulator-based training environment designed to support real-world operator development. Each trailer features advanced simulators for snowplow and heavy equipment operations, allowing participants to build skills in a safe, controlled setting.
Training is delivered on-site and tailored to reflect the challenges crews face in the field—from winter maintenance scenarios to equipment operation and hazard response. Sessions are facilitated by an experienced training lead and structured to support onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing workforce development throughout the year.
